At Batsi, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a service, please follow the steps below:
If the service was not delivered as agreed or was canceled by the provider.
If you cancel a service within the free cancellation window (at least 2 hours in advance).
Requests must be made within 48 hours after the scheduled service.
Last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours before)
No-shows by the customer
Services already rendered and marked as completed
Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as app credit.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
